ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) — Paychecks are getting a little smaller for Illinois lawmakers.
They will take a pay cut starting next month.
Under a new law, signed over the weekend by Governor Quinn, Lawmakers will take one unpaid furlough day per month in fiscal year 2014.
The law also prohibits cost of living increases.
